It will be a residential development of international quality, with a maximum of twelve luxury Diamonds: Alexander, Centenario, Dresden, Excélsior, Florentino, Hope, Kimberley, Millennium, Orlov, Sakura, Taylor and Tiffany, which will be built one by one, on a total area of 180,000 m2 with frontage on the 1,112 m Paseo Imperial and exclusive exits to Playa Revolcadero. Each Diamond will have an average independent área of 15,000 m2, integrated with four towers, green areas, gardens, swimming pools, and exclusive coexistence centers for its residents.
The towers will have 25 levels plus a roof-top; the first three for parking, the fourth for commercial, coexistence, and business working áreas, and the remaining twenty-one will be integrated by level 1, 2, 3, or 4 apartments with dimensions of; 85, 135, 175, 270, 355, 365 y de 730 m2, according to the selection defined by each contributor, all with sea views, except in the levels that group four apartments, since one of them will only have a view of the sea—the golf courses. The initial price per m2 on the fifth level will be $60,000 MXN, increasing to $90,000 in PH, and for the roof-top MXN 50,000, these prices will remain in force from March 24th to July 31st and as of August 1st, 2024. The price will increase monthly by 1% on the previous price.
