Upon receiving their apartment, the resident who adheres to the internal regulations will pay two installments that will be adjusted annually with the INPC.

The first will be $40 monthly plus VAT per m² of your apartment to cover the administration and maintenance of the common areas of your building and insurance against damage to the apartment and building, excluding its furniture. The second will be a fee per stay and number of visitors, which will allow them, being up to date with their payments, to use and enjoy all the facilities and amenities of the Diamante.

All extra expenses and services incurred by the resident must be paid at the time of consumption. You will pay your property tax, electricity, and water upon presentation.
